Wedeline Casimir,
Founder and Lead Consultant
Wedeline Casimir is a dedicated Haitian-American non-profit admin consultant committed to empowering non-profit organizations by securing the resources they need to make a positive impact in their communities. She holds a bachelor's degree in Sacred Music and Music Entrepreneurship from Florida State University, where she discovered her passion nonprofit administration.
After graduation, Wedeline went on to complete a dynamic Emerging Arts Leader Fellowship at American Stage Theater Company in St. Petersburg, FL. During her fellowship, she honed her skills in grant coordination and fundraising administration. She later advanced to the role of Development Manager, where she excelled in collaboration, project management, and organizational skills, successfully writing grant proposals and reports, and spearheading sponsorship and fundraising campaigns.
Wedeline further solidified her expertise by completing the rigorous "Grant Writing: From Start to Funded" online training program, earning her official certification in 2021. This milestone inspired the creation of Little Leaf Grants LLC, where she leverages her diverse fundraising and non-profit administration skills to help diverse organizations enhance their sustainability. To date, she has successfully secured millions of dollars in grant funding, finding joy in supporting organizations that strive to make a difference.
When Wedeline is not supporting non-profits, she thoroughly enjoys serving as the music director at her local church, mentoring and discipling the next generation, and spending time with her family including her fur-baby, Romeo.
